WATERMELON ROSEMARY
2 cups watermelon, cubed
2 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
ice
1-1/2 quarts still water
Add watermelon and rosemary to the insert of a 2-quart infusion pitcher. Add desired amount of ice to pitcher, then fill with water. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes, but preferably for 2 to 3 hours, before serving.
TIP: Using an infusion pitcher is especially useful when making an infusion with these two ingredients, so that you get nice, smooth, delicious water, without having to worry about seeds, stems, or other floaties in your drink!
